Supervisory Adjudications Officer, Naturalization, Orlando, Florida – Responsible for overall operation of the Naturalization Section which included oversight of interviewing, testing, granting and/or denying applications for Naturalization, and ensuring that all cases were handled in accordance with applicable immigration laws and regulations.   Responsible for the oversight of all Naturalization ceremonies.

Community Liaison Officer, Denver, Colorado – Responsible for developing relationships with community groups, faith based organizations, immigration attorneys, Consular Corps, and government officials to develop partnerships in promoting immigrant integration.  Duties included providing expert immigration information regarding all aspects of immigration benefits, laws, regulations, and procedures.

District Adjudications Officer, Denver, Colorado  Performed legal and other research, conducted analyses, and made final adjudication of all types of applications and petitions for benefits, to include adjustment of status to permanent resident, citizenship, and waivers of inadmissibility.

Supervisory Immigration Information Officer, Denver, Colorado  Responsible for the overall operation of the unit which served as the central point for providing information, assistance and guidance to applicants and others seeking information or applying for benefits and privileges under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Immigration Information Officer, Denver, Colorado – April 1996 to June 1997. Provided information and guidance to the general public regarding immigration laws, procedures and regulations.  Determined benefits available to clients and explained eligibility requirements.
